About the Blue Crab Guild

Blue Crab Guild serves Maryland's independent restaurants. Our mission is to cut operating costs with smarter payroll and shared back-office services, connect restaurants directly to local farms, and build a culinary community.

The first service we offer is a Payroll & Accounting consolidation platform. Restaurants run payroll through Zeal, see the impact automatically reflected in their Tight general ledger, with a single, simple membership.

Future services include a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), farm-to-table ordering, cooking classes, shared kitchen incubation, member events, and the Spoons rating system.
